Class Curriculum Begginner - Advanced
*Strikes: Master various Martial Arts and Boxing techniques with form and execution.
*Kicks: Master various Kicking techniques with form and execution.
*Combat Evasion: Master the proper Combat Stances and Foot-work needed to move efficiently doing a choreographed fight scene.
* Defense: Master various Combat Blocking and Evasion techniques with form and execution.
*Action/Reaction: Master proper Timing and Distancing skills for executing techniques as well as “selling” the punch or kick as the attacker and defender.
*Combat Drills: Acquire the necessary Sensitivity, Timing, and Touch Reflex skills needed to execute a fight sequence on screen.
*Action Falls: Learn proper Break Falling and Roll-Outs techniques safety.
*Conditioning: Strength, Flexibility & Endurance exercises for optimal execution of all techniques during a fight scene.
*Choreography: Put your training to action with a 2 person choreographed set.
*Safety: Equipment and Conduct for Combat Safety.
